Design Changes: 1st Design Change - No Charge Additional Design Change(s) - $10.00 NET GRAPHIC DESIGN: Customers are requested at time of order placement to provide any special instructions concerning the overall glider design and preferred placement of artwork elements. Our graphics department will review supplied artwork and contact customer with questions or suggestions prior to preparation of proof. Unless otherwise specified, logos/artwork will be placed in standard imprint positions as detailed in Imprint Areas. PROOFS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION: Proofs are sent within 3-4 days of order placement and unless otherwise requested will be sent in .jpg format via e-mail attachment. Proofs must be approved via e-mail or fax prior to production. Delayed approval of proofs will likely result in a delayed ship date. PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE: Full color, die-cut actual production sample packs of 5 Graphic Gliders are available - $100.00(net). Up to 7 working days for production. |
PRINTING: Printing is done in CMYK format. PMS color matching is available on large quantity orders. For more information, please contact our Sales Department. NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: 2 weeks after final approval of artwork. RUSH ORDERS: Will ship in 1 week or less. Add 20% to order total. OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS: All custom imprint orders subject to 10% overrun or underrun. SHIPPING INFORMATION: F.O.B. factory dock in Denmark, SC. Shipping charges will be invoiced at time of shipment or customer can select their preferred carrier and supply shipper's account number. NORMAL PACKAGING: All Graphic and Jumbo Gliders are shipped flat (unfolded) in bulk pack. CANCELLATION CHARGES: Orders cancelled prior to printing will be subject to a 25% cancellation charge. (Note: Additional design charges may apply.) Orders cancelled during printing or die-cutting will be subject to charges up to the total amount of the order. (All items are custom produced and imprinted by the factory.) NOSE WEIGHTS: Nose weight coin not included. End user to provide and insert coin in designated slot as weight. Graphic Glider will not fly correctly without nose weight.
